Shipping & Delivery
 Free Shipping With In-Store Pickup

  •   Items that are shipped to Mahoney's store are not eligible for Free In-store pickup. Only online orders are eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping rates apply.

    • Turnaround
    All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

    Order Tracking
    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Shipping Rates
    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a flat rate for orders under $50. This rate can change at any moment without notice to the customer. On orders that are $50 or more, free shipping will be offered. *This does not include hazardous items, overweight items, kayaks, or items on sale. In the case of hazardous or overweight the shipping will be calculated on the weight of the item. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide otherwise.

    Back Orders
    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. There are some instances where a product is displayed as in-stock but is back-ordered. At this point you have the option to cancel the order or wait until the item is available


Returns & Replacements
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

   1. Please email bfranklin@mahoneysports.com to request a refund.

   2. Mail your returned item to:

    3. Include in your package, a letter stating the reason for your return, and the original invoice slip.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 -Certain Climbing equipment: Climbing Harnesses, Carabiners, Climbing Helmets, Quickdraws, and Climbing Ropes.
 -Scopes that have been mounted cannot be returned
 -Electronics cannot be returned

Restocking Fee
1. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
2. Any shipping over 'Standard Shipping' will not be refunded.

Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Ordering
We try to make ordering a comfortable and fun experience for everyone. If there is any discrepancy with your ordering experience please let us know immediately so we can find a better alternative. Thank you

We reserve the right to cancel any safe orders that are checked as free shipping. We do not ship safes, we offer them as an in-store pickup item only!

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Many products displayed on Mahoney's online store are also available in Mahoney's physical stores, but you should not assume that what you see on Mahoney's online store can always be seen in our stores. Also, prices displayed on Mahoney's might be different than in the store.

Some items on the website are for advertisement only and are not meant to be purchased through mahoneysports.com. Some of these items include, safes, boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.. The items that fall into this category are appropriately labeled "In Store Only!". Any purchase made through mahoneysports.com on these select products will not be fulfilled or processed.

Pricing
All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens.
Viewing Orders
When you have placed an order please make sure that you review your information in the "My Orders" tab under "My Account" at the top of the page. In doing this it will insure that your order is 100% correct. If your order is not correct please contact us immediately so we can alter the information before it is shipped.

Updating Account Information
If you do not have account and would like one there are two ways to create one. First, you can click the "My Account" link at the top of the page and once in there you are given the option to create an account. Secondly, you can create one when your checking out (You ARE NOT required to have an account to checkout) on the same links as stated above. Once an account has been created you can login under the "My Account" link at the top of the page. All the information can be edited or altered once inside your account. Please remember that this is the information that is represented on your order so therefore we are not responsible if you alter it in a unusable way. eg. putting in an address that does not exist, using false information, false credit card information, and anything pertaining to information for an order.
